From my early days as a freelance web designer to leading engineering teams at companies like Google, Apple, and fast-growing startups, I've always been driven by the desire to build great products and the teams that create them.

My approach combines deep technical expertise with a focus on user experience and business outcomes. I believe that the best products emerge when talented teams have the right processes, culture, and technical foundation to do their best work.

As a Fractional CPTO, I help startups and scale-ups navigate the critical challenges of technical leadership:
